Robina Rich Bouffault Biography

Robina Rich Bouffault Born in Tucson, Arizona, my father was an Air Force officer and as a result, I was raised as an "Air Force Brat". Our family was transferred from post to post every 2 to 3 years, both in the U.S. and overseas.

EDUCATION

K-12:	Wiesbaden, Germany - Tucson, Arizona - Houston, Texas - Washington, D.C. and Paris, France
University:	University of Paris, France - Baccalaureate degrees in Philosophy and Mathematics.
Continuing Education:	International Financial Management Program - INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France (European Institute of Business Administration). Credit & Financial Analysis - Dunn & Bradstreet, Houston, Texas.

Career Highlights:

After working for an international cement commodities company in France and Spain, I then established my own cement commodities and cement import terminal projects company Glenrock Consultants, Inc. in Winchester, VA. This company handled, on behalf of several international groups, the construction and establishment of cement import terminals in Los Angeles, Houston and Newport News (Pier IX). In the year 2000 I phased my company out, due to the major merger changes in the industry.
Currently: Owner/Manager of two commercial buildings in Old Town Winchester which I completely renovated, and a farm located in Boyce, VA.
